As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position with the option for hybrid working, allowing you to work both remotely and from our office location.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions
• Design and architect cloud infrastructure solutions that align with industry best practices and client objectives.
• Develop technical architectures, roadmaps, and strategies for cloud-based solutions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on cloud technologies, platforms, and services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation and integration of cloud solutions.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing IT infrastructure to identify opportunities for cloud migration and optimization.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based solutions by implementing appropriate measures and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and industry developments. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficient in designing and implementing cloud solutions using Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) models.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, containers, and serverless computing.
• Experience with cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.

As a Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing effective learning solutions for our employees and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of £35,000 per year and an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs, courses, and materials using instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Utilize course development tools and technologies to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design concepts to design and sequence learning activities, assessments, and evaluations.

• Proficiency in course development tools and technologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to design engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Experience in creating content for technical and IT-related training programs is a plus.

• requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications using industry best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, working closely with the QA team.
