Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for our online learning platform and exam management system.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on B2B clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Presales:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate the value of our product.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and manage proposals, RFPs, and contracts.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the product.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.

Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to ensure client feedback is integrated into product improvements.

Customer Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our product.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience with presales activities and customer relationship management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the B2B sales process.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Proven experience as a Learning Specialist, Instructional Designer, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in course development tools and technologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).

Newotion IT Solutions, a leading technology company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position with the option for hybrid working, allowing you to work both remotely and from our office location.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions
  • Design and architect cloud infrastructure solutions that align with industry best practices and client objectives.
  • Develop technical architectures, roadmaps, and strategies for cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on cloud technologies, platforms, and services.

  • Proficient in designing and implementing cloud solutions using Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) models.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, containers, and serverless computing.
  • Experience with cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.
